Description

The FS1015CL-Series gas massflow sensors were especially designed for the air and gas flow monitoring in medical devices (e.g. ventilators, anaesthesia equipment, CPAP-therapy. The flow sensors are available in 2 standard flow ranges:
  • 0 ~ 100 SLPM (Standardliter per minute: 1013,25 mbar, 20°C)
  • 0 ~ 150 SLPM (Standardliter per minute: 1013,25 mbar, 20°C). 
Thanks  ISO-Standard Connectors (cone 15 mm) and optional NPT 1/2" or BSPT 1/2" thread connectors (male) the sensors can easily be implemented in low space of existing equipment. The special venturi design with the wall integrated sensor chip enables lowest flow resist (6 mbar @100 SLPM, 13 mbar @150 SLPM) and a reasonable max. pressure rating of 2 barg. The electronic interfaces with I2C and a linearized analog output signal (0,5 - 4,5 VDC) allow flexible communication and access to calibration data. The sensors can be sterilized /disinfected for re-use with approved medical liquids or alternatively be gas- or UV-sterilized. For details please contact us.
