    Description

    The MF5600 mass flow meters are designed for general purpose precise industrial gas measurement, monitor or control. The meters have a detachable two lined LCD display for actual and accumulated flow rate with a resolution of 0.001 SLPM and 0.001 Sm3/h. At present two standard sizes are available with 4 flow ranges with the possibility of customization:
    • MF5612: DN12, NPT 1/2" (male): 0~200, 0~300 SLPM (20°C, 1013.25 bar)
    • MF5619: DN19, NPT 3/4" (male): 0~600, 0~800 SLPM (20°C, 1013.25 bar)
    The design opts for applications where the display must be separately placed from the meter body or flow channel. The meters provide communication options for analog 4~20 mA output, digital Modbus RS485 and Pulse output. The meters are operated with the Siargo’s proprietary MEMS thermal mass flow sensors together with the smart control electronics. The sensor probe surface is passivated with silicon nitride ceramic materials together with a water/oil proof nano-coating for performance and reliability. The meter body is made of SUS316 stainless steel that is available for applications of most of the gases.
