MEMS Digital Differential Pressure Sensors FSP1000-Series The new ultra low differential pressure sensors FSP1000 series are available in following pressure ranges (Uni- and Bidirectional)
  • 2~50 Pa   oder  ±(2~50) Pa.......0.008~0.2 InchH2O
  • 2~100 Pa oder  ±(2~100) Pa.....0.008~0.4 InchH2O
  • 5~250 Pa oder  ±(5~250) Pa.....0.02~1.0 InchH2O
  • 5~500 Pa oder  ±(5~500) Pa.....0.02~2.0 InchH2O
The sensors are temperature compensated (-5 bis 65°C) and have a linear, analog signal output  (0.4 - 2.4 VDC / 12 bit) and a digital I2C output (14 bit, 100 kHz bus clock frequency).
Especiall for air flow measurement in CPAP-Applications the resulting air flow measured by the differnential pressure is fully altitude compensated. The supply voltage is 3.0 to 3.6 VDC and the sensors pressure rating is up to 2 barg.
